There are SO many different physical symptoms of anxiety. Some of those symptoms are increased heart rate, shaking, sweating, and uncontrolled breathing.
When we have these symptoms practicing relaxation skills can be helpful to assist our bodies in resetting or regulating.
Deep breathing is SUPER simple and it does really work in reducing these symptoms in the moment when done correctly.
