Online Therapy

How Does It Work?

I utilize a HIPAA compliant video program called Zoom through iTherapy. All you have to do is download the program onto your computer, smart phone, or tablet and log in for each appointment in a private setting of your choosing.

Why Online Therapy?

Online therapy makes it easier for you to get the specialized care that you deserve from the convenient location of your home, office, etc. If your not sure if online therapy is for you, contact me for a free consultation to discuss the benefits and limitations of these services.

Services & Fees

Free

Consultation

One of the biggest predictors of successful therapy outcomes is a strong therapeutic relationship. This is why we will complete a free consult prior to initiating services. This will allow us to get to know one another, to ensure we are a good match, and to ensure online therapy is right for you. Consultations are typically 20-30 minutes.

$250

Individual Therapy Assessment

Completing a comprehensive assessment is equally important to achieving successful therapy outcomes. During the assessment I will gather information about your past experiences, family history, symptoms, and current situation. We will also begin talking about your goals for therapy. This appointment is typically 75-90 minutes.

$300

PCIT Assessment

During the PCIT assessment I will spend half the appointment gathering information about your child’s developmental and family history, current behaviors, and your parenting style. The second half of the appointment I will observe the parent or parents in three different play situations to get a better understanding of your interactions with your child. This appointment is typically 90-120 minutes.

$200

Individual and Family Therapy

These will be our regularly scheduled sessions where we implement strategies to improve your symptoms or your child’s behaviors. These sessions usually start as weekly, however, the frequency of these sessions will be discussed during our assessment. These sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.

It aims to help client’s understand and change their unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. It is a goal-oriented therapy model that also involves learning coping skills and use of problem solving.
